This company unethical

This company unethical. They sent me defective luggage twice, and after me sending them pics of the defective luggage both times, Amanda advised me that the quality control team sent me the best pieces they had, the second time. So this means everything, from that line at least, is defective. Don't purchase the "OH Joy" line, or you may get my returned defective pieces. I can't believe a company would admit that defective items are the best they have. Ihonestly feel like she just didn't want to have the company pay for another exchange, although they were clearly sending me damaged items. It maybe their best is defective like Amanda said. The stitching was also botched on the first set. Also, they won't post my negative review to their site. And beware of companies that don't let you post or review in Facebook.
I returned everything. I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and see whether or not they try to play with me when it comes to my refund. I video recorded myself packing all their brand new crap back up for return. If they try me, I know how to contact the Better Business Bureau. I don't have any faith or trust in this company, as they kept sending me defective items and acted as if I was the one with the problem. The response I received after I sent pictures of the second set of defective items to Amanda:

Our QC Team sent the 2 best pieces that they could find, so the best option is to probably move forward with a return and refund.

Really an ethical company that ships…

Really unethical company that ships your items and then when you wanna return completely ignores you and tries to give you a quote on quote store credit instead of replying to you. When I had to do was look at the label on the outside of the box that I received and then I returned it on my own and hoping that the item would be delivered back to them. I don’t know how a company that says they’re a family owned business for so many years can be so terrible with their customer service I guess it’s because there’s not a lot of reviews Show up on the first page of Google. What I found was their quality was cheap and very plasticky and heavy fairy made in China type product
